Manages IMS' regional office in Moscow, Russia as well as advanced software research in its online marketing division, Polar Design, which designs multimedia and print marketing, rich media advertising, as well as offers advanced software solutions ranging from XML software integration to content management. Dimitry also provides high-level support of European and North American clients engaged in import/export in Russian, Ukraine, Belorus and other markets in Eastern Europe and Asia.

Dimitry specializes in planning marketing strategy, ranging from local collateral design to developing distribution partnerships. Recently, Dimitry has substantially elevated IMS' regional marketing efforts, applying its "Total Solution" approach in practice with success for Aearo, a U.S. safety product manufacturer for which IMS has developed local distribution, marketing materials and a local-language web site.

Dimitry additionally manages Polar Design's software research group, currently engaged in developing next generation content management, supply chain and other software systems. His past positions include Technical Director and Lead Designer for Digital Internet Publishing (D.i.P.) from 1999 to 2001, a Moscow-based web site software development house, and lead software developer in a number of other firms prior to that.

Dimitry is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He is fluent in English and Russian.
